For the ones who have used or are stilling using this clutch how do you like it?
Its the clutch heavy?
How long will it last?
Would you Recommend it?

I have a stage II+ in my GT and other then it does chatter on ingagement (all heavy clutches do) runs fine and will hold down any HP increase I have in mind. You must be doing something pretty big to be looking at a III+?

I have a stage 3 and it is great. Does not chatter, I would not thing all heavy clutchs chatter is a true statement.... I installed mine myself, and would recomend it. It should last a very very long time The pedal is only slightly heavier then stock. With our hydrualic clutchs, there isnt much difference in push on the pedal.

On a side note, what are you running that you think you need a 3+ I was going to get a 2+ figuring that was more then I need for what I have, only went with a 3 because I got a great deal on it.

nice, sounds like you got a good plan going. The 3+ is supposed to grip harder and feel smoother then my stage 3, so you should be pretty happy with it. On a side note, what was the cost of going forged internals, with parts and all. What parts you get?

Maybe the 3+ would have been the way to go...I know 4 guys with 2+ and they all chatter a bit as mine does...but they grip nicely and kick *** on the stock clutch...Damn nice upgrades to your car!

I have had the 3+ with spec steel flywheel on my car for about 11,000 miles now and yes the damned thing will chatter when the clutch is cold during engagements but once it warms up it is fine. I am in the 600HP+ range and it holds up very well for me. I have had 3 track day with drag radials and hard launches on this clutch and it still performs nicely. As for pedal feel, it was so minimal that I almost didn't notice the difference in pressure.

I guess I just got lucky, I mean describe your chattering. I installed my stage 3 myself, car has 7k miles so I didnt replace or even have my stock flywheel spun. Mine grabs really good, no complaints in feel or drivability.
