Alternator has SIX diodes.
Just one or all could be bad.
There is AC whine on the 12V DC circuit.
You could pop your PCM or any other sensitive electronic component
if you continue to drive it with AC on the DC system.
Its not a 'ground gone bad' on the stereo end.
Its pure AC on the DC system. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD!!!!!!!

Buy cheap and pay dearly.
Get it rebuilt or pop it apart and check the diodes
and replace just the bad ones.
A cheap $5 fix right there.
But have the darn thing checked first
before just nilly ***** replacing things until the p
roblem disappears. That COSTS MONEY.

I had it tested and they said the diodes were bad where would I get replacement parts?

Auto Zone testing only shows good or bad, not which component is bad.
Diodes can be tested with a simple DVM.
