I am calling BS also.
How would one 2010 stang on the stealership lot
know its sensors from the sensors of the other
2010 stangs sitting on each side of it.
Or at a stop light or mustang cruise night?
Show the Workshop manual where it states that the
2010 TPMS sensors are plug n play.....

I was told there iss a procedure in the owners manual that you as the vehicle operator can do to set up new sensors. This is for the 10 only. I'm not in the same state as my car, so I can't look.

I dont know what there is to call BS on. Now two people and a dealership have confirmed that you dont have to do anything. I am just trying to save people money on this one.

In Case you question whether or not you have or not in any Vehicle I would reference this article I found and insist the dealership complies?

"Over the past few years safety and environmental issues have changed car manufacturers approach to designing their cars. The introduction of Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensor (TPMS) relates to both of these concerns, and after the passing of a September 2007 Federal Law, is required on all new automobiles under 10,000 Lbs.
