So I recently saw a mustang at a car show that had black headlights and tail lights, thought it looked awesome.

Is it legal to drive around with though? Any thoughts on this? I live in Connecticut.

Absolutely not. In the event of a rear end collision, you could be held liability. If the other driver or officer have a clue of course.

Headlights not at all tails are ok to a degree, no darker then what they offer stock in some cars.

Here in NC tinted headlights will draw the attention of the police, I have 6 coats of spray tint on the tailights and have had many cop cars behind me with no problem. The guys at the shows usually have covers or a tinted set that they put on just for the event.
