Personally I think the M&H 275/50/R17 on a Enkei lightweight 17x9 would be a pretty killer setup. For the track or DD summer/dry weather duty - if you don't mind replacing a $200 tire every 4000 miles. lol

I don't recommend drag radials as a daily tire. I wrecked my car in the rain because of drag radials and standing water. It only takes a small puddle to get a 275 drag radial to hydroplane. When the M&H's are new, they are fine in the rain, but at 1/2 their tread life they are useless when there's water on the road.
You won't find any street tire in a 275 that is the appropriate height. The only 2 made are Nittos and Falkens and neither gets all that good of reviews.
