So 2 weeks ago, they told me I would get her back, but I still don't have her back, I went down there yesturday, and it's looking lot better but it's still in a million pieces, the mecanic in charge said it was because it's a Unibody, I really don't care, I just want her back. I can see that they did a great job fixing the frame, but how long?

they are probably waiting on parts man. since the 06's are about to come out, 05 parts are getting scarce. i would probably bet you that the parts is what the deal is, also if its one of the first new stangs they have done then they are alos probably trying to take their time and do it right. I doubt they want to screw up a kick *** car all that much

I wouldn't want to rush this one, perfection takes time. I am sure the wait will be well worth it in the end. I would visit often just tolet them know you are anxciuos to get it back but at the same time you don't want them to think they have to rush either.

If this was an accident you are talking about, the body shop has to give the insurance company an exact quote as to the amount of time it will take to complete the repairs.

If they are taking too long, you should get a detailed explanation as to why. If the parts were backordered or something, they should have told you that.

Well the first two weeks the parts were on back order, so I called Ford Motor Company Myself, and they had the part shiped over night for me, they had them the next day.(that was crazzy, I could not beleive that ford cares about there customers that much) And ever since, all I hear is it will be done at the end of the week, I heard that 3 weeks in a row.
