Well my set up is obnoxiously loud. I have an off road h pipe as well but I love how loud it is. Its a man's exhaust . But its pretty loud in the car but since you probably have stock cats I heard its pretty quiet with that set up.

Spend a few bucks on a set of Rhino Ramps and do it yourself. The S197 is probably the easiest exhaust I've ever worked on.

haha thats awesome. i really want to upgrade the midpipe, hopefully an x-pipe, that would be really cool. but under full acceleration, do you think it'll be pretty loud with me having stock cats?

+1 Muffler work is super easy. Its like a 15 min job, maybe longer the first time you do it. I've done it so many times its not even funny. I used to take them off to hear it totally uncorked with my offroad H, but now I down have to cause I got my electronic cutouts.

BTW its a fun 15 min, as opposed to 9 painful hours I spent under my car installing my LTs.

IMO muffler deletes sound best with the stock H-pipe. I heard SLP LM again today, they are starting to grow on me

alright tight. my mom said if the exhaust works the way it should, she would see about letting me get a cold air intake or something, but it would probably be a k&n one, since with a tune cai's cost like 400+ it seems like. should i just opt and go for a pypes x-pipe or something? i know off road x-pipes are badass, but the only thing i'd be worried about would be passing inspection. what should i do?

Long tubes are fun, Not! lol

If I was you bud I would look at the s197 classifeilds and get me a tuner and CAI for like 300 lol

I have long tubes and catless x pipe with pypes side exhaust and GOD at full throttle it is mean! But it sounds good at idle.

You won't pass emissions with an off road mid pipe but get the tuner and intake its your best money spent on the whole car
