How much will I feel the extra 100 hp and torque?

How much will I feel the extra 100 hp and torque?
Currently have the 2010 GT pushing 315 horse and will trade it in for the 412 hp 2011 GT next year. Question is how much difference will I feel the extra 100 hp and extra 75# of torque? The 5.0L makes the 412hp @ 6500 rpm. I don't usually visit that high of an rpm even when I am just playing around. In other words what kind of seat of the pants feeling will the extra 100 hp make in day to day "spirited" driving?
What about stoplight to stoplight? Will the extra torque really be felt alot? No one has posted 0 -60 times for the 5.0, the 4.6 did it in around 4.9 - 5.2 depending on the report. I would assume the 5.0 would be not faster than .5 second?

It would be nice to have that 5.0, and if you can afford to loose some money by trading it in GO FOR IT. Don't worry about 1st run motors. Ford has a lot of time and research in this motor. You would be better off taking the money from the trade-in and supercharging your 2010. You could add +150hp with a supercharger.

Also its kind of funny that no one has actually answered your question yet. I can only imagine what another 100 HP and 75 Torque for add, its kind of a hard thing to explain but Im sure you will love it. I have only added a few HP and TQ with all my mods and Im loving the difference.

How could anyone know this? No one here has driven (or even seen) one.
But the 435/400 Roush 427R is about a half second quicker in the 1/4, 0.2-0.3 0-60. And that's v. a stock GT. Is the extra $$ for the 412/390 '11 worth it? Don't know, I'll drive one and make that determination. But I doubt it.
I'm loving the specs on the 5.0, but in my situation owning a '10, it's not worth it at this point. Also, if you read over at TMS, which seems to have the largest collection of people who profess to know everything about the future of Ford (especially Mustangs) the "Coyote" was indeed rushed to production. So waiting a year isn't gonna kill you is it?
Surely it's not so bad riding around in a 2010 GT, right?

I asked because I am sure others have moded their cars by adding a sc giving them 100 more horse so they would know. I saw sc like from Roush going for $5k. Thats alot. Probably equal to what I would lose on a trade so whats the difference? For one thing I would have a one year newer car. Another thing I would be STARTING with 412 horse so if I wanted to sc later, the potental for alot more hp is there. Plus I can get the color I really wanted but was talked out of by my wife...8-)

I'm guessing if the fact that the new engine is coming already makes you question buying your '10, you will get tired of the '11 pretty quick, too. Unless bragging rights are what makes you happy.
Your points are valid, though. If it's going to take $5K (and loss of your warranty, more $$ if you get an FRPP and let the dealer install it to retain it) to make you happy with the '10, go get an '11 and tell us all about it!
