Default Door window up and it goes

When I open the passenger door it does that up and down thing like I'm opening and closing the door any ideas on what would cause it?

Does that in my vert when a portion of the weather stripping is out of place. Kind of like the window sensing pressure and going back down.

When you open the door its suppost to drop down
and then go back up when closed.
Read the owners manual about the 'short drop' feature.
Do the recalibration for the short drop feature.

Give the recalibration a try and report back.

My passenger's side window would not go all the way up when I closed the door, but after re-cal problem was solved.

Don't know if this relates much but has anyone had a problem with their auto up/down function? From the drivers seat I can flip the drivers window switch up and get the auto feature to work. However I can't get the auto feature to work for the passenger window. I can make it go up and down with the button but the auto feature won't work. Any ideas?

From the manual;

Restoring the Express up functionality (Front windows only)
Under low battery power conditions, Express Up only functionality may
be lost. To reset this function after restoring full battery power, pull the
switch to the Express Up position, hold the switch until the glass
reaches the stall position and continue to hold for 2 seconds. Push the
window switch DOWN and operate the window to the full down position.
Express UP will now be functional. Perform Express UP
re-calibration with door closed only. Calibrating with door open
will cause the window to continuously bounce back.
