I put same exact one on my 05 last spring. Got the SHR Black billeted with GT emblem. Fits perfect. Same size as original one. Pain in the *** getting the Ford one off. that 3m tape really does hold well. Went through a couple pieces of 20lb test momo to saw the 3m away. I don't have the Blackout panel for my car as it is already black but I sure it work with the panel OK.

yea getting the old one off will be tricky. going to have to be careful with my blackout decal and not damage it.

I've got the satin silver, with no logo. It is a well crafted piece, and much better than the stock one. You will be happy with it. I didn't have any trouble at all getting the old one off. I used a sharpened edge from a piece of plexiglass to pry up one edge, then popped it off with my fingers. The hardest part was removing the 3m tape afterwards. It goes great with their fuel door.

Good choice. I think it will match better with the color of your car. Do you have, or are you going to get the fuel door too?

This is what I did, if it's any help...
The tri-bar doesn't come with the SHR cap but you can make your own look with whatever emblem you like to use.
Doesn't have to say GT either.
