Default Panhard bar questions regarding exhaust

I recently took my car to get the exhaust welded because i had leaks. Well no more leaks but when i start it up i get a really bad rattle from the right tailpipe on the panhard bar. Its a stock bar and my question is if i get a new panhard bar will there be more clearance between that and the tailpipes. Or how do i raise the tailpipe. Its a pretty close fit. Thanks
PS: the rattle goes away once the car is warm.

If the rattle goes away when the system is warm, then you're close to clear the PHB.
Take it back to those guys and have them heat up the pipe red hot where it contact the PHB so they can make a slight notch.
Either that, or cut and re-weld in the right position.

sounds like you probably need to take your car back to the shop and have your exhaust adjusted..
