No but I have heard of it and have also heard that there is stuff that is cheaper than dynamat and works just as good if not better.

Edit: ****, for that price I might just try this stuff out.

I used 2 rolls of raamat bxt on my stang it it made an awesome improvement in sound quality and cabin noise reduction. I would definately recommend it.

Lets say I want to do my entire trunk space first, then the cabin at a later date.

How much material do I need to line the entire trunk bottom and sides including the spare tire well?

How much material do I need to line the entire cabin minus the headliner?

The point is I'd hate to get 5/6ths done with the trunk and be short material. It should be somewhat easy to deal with since I realize I can order too much knowing the extra can be used to start on the cabin anyway. But if I want to do both....how much would give me a say...5-7% extra so I have enough to fix 'mistakes' or where I messed up applying or something else unforseen?

Thanks

Andretti

I used FAT MAT 100 sq ft roll covered my trunk except for the lid , making custom trunk lid insert , still looking for carpet to match. Under the rear seat, behind the panels next to the rear seat, and the front doors . Used just under 50 sq ft. Still need to take out the front seats and console. estimate another 15 sq ft. hope this helps.

Whats the difference between 'Fatmat' and this other stuff "RaaMmat BXT"? Are these products from two different companies or am I not seeing the Fatmat stuff on the site that sells RaaMmat?

I used this stuff on my last car...worked awesome actually. Mad cheap too. VW guys use it a lot apparently (been mentioned quite a few times on VWVortex). Very big difference in sound (I could have a conversation easily at 80mph where I never used to before), trunk stopped rattling, bass sounded 200% better than before.

And you can usually find it at Home Depot so if you run out or want it quick, its easy to get.
