For the past 2 weeks my 05 GT has been starting to urk me a bit. Car is 91K miles runs great sees the track about 15 - 20 times a summer. As you have all seen its been cold....and in the midwest(st louis) its been between 0 and 20 for about 2 weeks with snow and such. The car has sit a good portion of that outside(1 garage wife wins). The other morning the oil pressure gauge started acting funny. I go out warm up the car before work don't really notice anything out the ordinary. I get in start my commute car sounds and runs fine I look down and the gauge has not moved. At this point I think well its been 25 miles no odd sounds and such I was near work so I just pulled in. Turned off the car for a sec and started it back up and the gauge went to normal. Car proceeded to sit for about 1 week in the cold with no start ups until Sunday. Got in fired it up....gauge hangs. Shut it off start it back still hangs. Let it idle for about 1 minute and shut off and back on again....finally it moves up like normal. I check the oil and notice its down slightly so I added some in because last oil change was only about 100 miles ago. The next morning I start the car no movement. I restart and the gauge moves well past 3/4 way and stays all through warmup and the drive in. I get in after work same deal way past 3/4 all the way to gas station. I pump gas get in fire it up....settles back in just below 3/4 way for rest of drive home not normal but close. I get up this morning it won't swing over on crank....so I let it warm up. Its about 24 out this morning so before I leave the house I shut it off and fire it back up. Its 100% normal now!!!!!!

Sending unit is where? Sounds like a corroded connection or something when it warms up I'm going to have to figure it out driving me nuts.

Any others seen this?
