Roush STG 3 suspension NOISE
So I had the Stage 3 installed at a performance shop about 4 weeks ago and it seemed to be going good. Cold weather came in and it squiked a little bit. Didnt worry about it cause its new bushings and cold weather were probablly not agreeing. Anyway had to lift the car for header and intercooler inspection with my buddy and the car was jacked up (both front tires) for a few hours and after that it seems like the front passenger side strut or spring is poping a bit when i hit bumps. I have shook the car back and forth a few times it bits nice and handles good with no noise but when i hit a bump a small poping noise happends. So we lifted the car and everything still looks good nothing broken springs are seated right and now iam stumped... anyone got an idea? thanks

I know you're in FL, so I'm not sure what your idea of "cold" is... however I have definitely noticed that my Roush suspension feels AWFUL when it's cold (like there's something broken) - but I'm talking 40 degrees F.
What's happening is the viscosity of the dampening fluids is much greater in the cold, therefore making the suspension feel very STIFF & if you hit a bump too hard before it's had time to warm up you'll hear weird sounds... that MAY be all you're experiencing.
IF you drive around for 30-40 minutes and let the shocks warm up over some minor road bumps - then it should be feeling fairly normal when you hit bigger bumps. Try that & report back.

If you reused the stock strut mounts and the shop that did the installation wasn't careful, they could have lost some of the ball bearings from the mount(s) or the mount(s) could have been worn enough to fail on its/their own, this will result in a popping noise. If the end links have worked loose, the sound is generally more of a clunk than a popping noise.
