LT's (long tubes) Help the scavenging affect and help pull your exhaust out of the motor creating better performance.

Shorty headers a a little bit of sound and a tiny bit of performance. Most will say dont waster your money.

Going to an O/R (off road) H or X pipe will help a little with horsepower too. Off road means there are no catalytic converters. H and X bot h produce different sounds. It all depends on what mufflers and what sound you want. Most people will agree an H pipe sounds better chambered mufflers (flowmasters, MAC, magnaflows) and an X sounds better with straight through muffler (stingers, magnapacks)

The best way you can start is with a cold air intake and a tuner with custom tunes. Brenspeed has top notch tunes and customer service. I noticed a huge difference when I got mine.

As far as CAI(cold air intakes) go, all tune required intake will produce the same amount of power.

Another good mod is rear gears. Depending on your driving style and long term goals plays a part in selecting gears. The most popular are 3:73s and 4:10s. They will both give you a better off the line kick than stock gears.

Underdrive pulleys, They help free up a few horsepower that gets stolen by the accesories in your car.

Or you can even go cams, ther are many types. Two major ones are the FRPP Hot rods and comp cams. Some you can reuse stock valve springs and some you need to replace them. It all depends on your long term goal.

Then finally is F/I (forced induction) which is super charger or turbo. Brenspeed sells supercharger kits that are great and all make gobs of horsepower.
