I was renting a Toyota Corolla and it would read 99.9 MPG while coasting downhill.

Show us what it reads after resetting it at the gas pump when you fill-up and then not touching it until the subsequent fill-up.

When I go downhill at like 60+ mph with my foot off the gas and hit the reset button, I get 99.9 :icon_eddie: ... too bad that it only stays there for a few seconds and then it falls down to 20 or around there :icon_confused:

That was about 5-6 miles afte leaving the gas station. I got it up to 40mpg though. The way you explained is what I always do. Best so far, 26, average about 21ish

What are some mods that could increase fuel economy while also increasing performance? I assume it would mostly be simple bolt-ons that increase efficiency via removing weight, more so, rotational weight. Aftermarket driveshaft, underdrive pullies, what else?
