I run 265/35/20's on my 20X8.5 cobra r wheels no problems remember that 275's are only 10mm more which is less than half an inch it width here's a pic of my setup

20x8.5 yes, but 275/30 and it's up front.
I got 20x10 rim with 285/30 at the back and it's a mistake.
I should at least run 295s but I'll go with 305s when it's time for new tires.

275/30...really? how do you like that up front?

I had the 295/30's out back on my GT and they fit perfect, which tells me you can definitely run a 305 and have just alittle bit of sidewall bulge

I retract my earlier statement. I'd probably just stick with 265/35/20's at all 4 corners. Check out Cutterwolf's car...I know he's running the Shelby Razors (20x9) with 265/35/20's all the way around with the Eibach Pro-Kit and the stance of his car is great.

I like it fine. Perfect for my standards.
I'm fixing to throw Konis on that car.

Most tire specs for 275/40/20's safely recommend a 9" wheel minimum. I believe 255's are what they recommend for an 8.5".

hmmm....Now you guys got me confused again haha! The car has been lowered approximately 1.5 inches, ful BMR suspension and steeda springs I believe, will this have any bearing on what i can run?

Hey guys, put the wheels on today to see what they would look like....Here are some pics. They were taken with a cell phone camera, so not the best, but you get the idea. Tell me what you think!
