Interesting; they didn't even recommend a series of heat treatment break-in sessions? (e.g., ~20 miles driving, cool off for an hour or so, repeat 2 or 3 times)

Glad to hear you like 'em.

Just added FRPP 4:10's to my 05 N/A but am not driving the car in this winter weather since it's not the DD. I only got to see the difference on the short drive home from the Steeda shop in Milton a week or so ago. Steeda did say there was a short break-in period and to take it easy for a bit but after that drive home I cant wait for spring!

The only thing holding me from 4.10s is damn MAC drone, I LOVE my Macs but Im afraid at 70 on the freeway its going to beat my brains out, and freeways are 50% of my driving.

Drive just a little faster or slower to get away from the drone RPM.

what is your drone RPM? my FRPP only drone at like 1500. You would be near 3000 on the highway.

I am starting to kick around the gears. I want something to give it some kick, but cash is tight. Maybe gears are just the ticket if I can find a reputable shop to install them.
