I am having some weird issues with my 2014 Mustang V6. I started my car the other day and noticed that the A/C was not blowing cold. When I looked at my climate controls, none of the lights were working on the controls. However, when I press on the climate control buttons, such as the power button and the fan speed, the controls do respond. However, the compressor must not be kicking on because the air never gets cold. The other odd thing is that when this happened, the outside air temp that typically displays in the bottom corner of the display window was no longer displaying. I took a shot in the dark and replaced the ambient air temperature sensor yesterday but it did not fix this issues. I'm looking for some help in narrowing this down before I take it to the dealership to have them diagnose this.

its going to need diagnosis, you need to pull codes and see what faults are being flagged, and perform a network test to make sure all the modules are communicating. take it in
