Im now getting 19-20mpg 50/50 highway and city driving. I perhaps lost 0.5-1mpg once I loaded the tune, the car just begs to be pushed

i can only manage 18 mpg. i drive too much in traffic and i think ive become addicted to the feeling of WOT........i need help
