I agree. I just got mine yesterday and finally got around to taking a look at it this morning. Sometimes it's the straight forward ideas that get overlooked when trying to make a bigger and better mousetrap.

We're glad that you like it. When we first entered this market we admit that we followed with what others were doing. It wasn't long that we toyed with the idea of a direct bolt-in. We have had this in the works for some time now, working on it here and there when we had free time. The direct bolt-in flange is a joint effort between ourselves and the local tool and die shop that had been making our adapters. They are a more costly and time comsuming effort than the adapter but much better for the end user. We are glad to be able to offer this option to the Mustang community and are proud that we came out with it first!

oh, thought you were refering to "off the shelf" Ford will tell you 315 HP.... Never seen a offical spec listed on it. I think most replace for the drivability and power gains, over handling of stock one.

Couldn't give you a HP or TQ number per se, but all I know is, heavy bolt-ons + slicks is a bad idea without safety loops...or a new driveshaft.

the used to be priced so they could compete with the places selling the cut down ranger shafts. Now that those places were exposed for what they were doing, and are largely out of buisness, Shaftmasters was drasticaly underpriced compared to the competition thats left, and the quality of there product. Also, there the only true bolt in on the market, be thankful there being respectful and not gouging the market for it....
