Crazy to buy a 2010 GT instead of pre-ordering a 2011 5.0?

It's your call though...
I mean, how fast do you really want to go?
The first year of the 5.0 might have some bugs in it and the 2010 has all of this worked out.
So if buying a 2010 and supercharging it is cheaper than the 5.0 will be, then go that route.
If not, wait a little bit more for the 2011.
As a side note, my local dealer here will not mark up the new models and I'm sure that they won't be the only ones in the Country.
Check with your local Ford about mark ups...
Good luck and welcome to the Forums.

Between the two, I would take the 2011, but it all depends on what YOU want. If a 2010 will satisfy your needs, why spend more. Ford is going to start clearing out those soon, so if you want the 2010, better look before the pickings get slim.

2010's have got to be hard to sell, except to those who aren't into Mustangs as much as we are (such as a casual new car buyer who buys a V6 as a daily driver and has never owned a Mustang nor has ever done any performance mods).
The local dealership has a lot of stangs on their lot, even some '09s. They just can't move them as easy anymore. That means better deals for those who dont HAVE to have a '11.
