are you going back to the Mustang Dyno after your trip to get the cams installed?

for the purpose of consistency I am truly interested in the gains. kinda hard to see though when bounced between the 2 dyno's

I could do that, but it may be a few weeks.

Mustang says use 1.13 as a correction factor to compare to a Dynojet.
So I would have guessed roughly 302 rwhp. 304 rwhp is well within margin of error.

The one thing this does prove is that its not a "Texas Mustang". I always worry about that when I use a Mustang.
If you dont know what that is you likely dont want to know.

My cars never been dynoed. I figured for my very minimal mods (JLTII and Bama Mailorder SCT Tune) a trap of 107.7 MPH told me everything I needed to know. I suspect its just a touch conservative as the max timing is 29 degrees.

If someone knows the standard of error for both dynos, I can run a chi-squared test on the results and tell you if the data is statistically significant enought to assume a dependent correlation between the data. It would tell us, essentially, if you gained any HP from the additions. Sorry, thought I would throw some AP Statistics out here haha.

You know, 87% of statistics are made up on the spot.

Haha, that's precisely how I felt as I took my AP Statistics exam yesterday. I contributed to that 87% because I had no clue what was going on. It's a vicious cycle these made up statistics...

Why would you have to go back to the mustang dyno after the install?

Didn't you do the pre-install dyno at RSP? Should make a perfect comparison when they dynotune the car after the install to see gains from new mods/tune.

So very true. I think I'll pass on the Mustang dyno.
