I agree....at least to start. I went with the CAI and axelbacks for a more aggressive sound then went with the supercharger about a year later. Looking back on it I wish I had just gone FI right off the bat. By far the best mod I've done so far.

I have a Diablo Predator U7145 For sale. Just gave $430 for it like 2 months ago. It isn't vin locked, Because I sold my mustang and joined the forum to sale a few parts. But I will take $280 shipped for it if your interested. And see like they were saying earlier. Search around and find them cheap!

I'd personally never supercharge my car unless I upgraded the brakes as well.

I say you just wait and save up a little extra. Then get an intercooled centrifugal supercharger kit, do some suspension and brake upgrades, and get yourself a better set of tires. Keep the car looking like it is, because sleepers are awesome.

That's what I'd do if I could mod my car from the beginning again.

Don't forget about a tuner. Since you are buying the Cold Air Intake, in most cases you will need a tuner to make the CAI work properly. Also with that, you get the biggest HP gain for your money.

SLP Loudmouth - $339

Cold Air Intake - $554

Carbon Fiber Dash Kit - $209

Sequential Taillights - $156

Side Scoops - $125

GT500 conversion (local ford parts dealer in Dubai, Cant get it cheaper) - $1975

Window Louvers - $75

CDC Spoiler - $175

3d carbon rear valence - $260

Roush side skirts - $330

Venom hood - $800

TOTAL = $5028

However, I came across this http://www.brenspeed.com/fbpaxton.html and thought I could easily add a supercharger and get a California Dream Body Kit as well http://www.andysautosport.com/ford/2...p00095921.html and it all comes under 5k.

I really would love a supercharger however I have no clue when it comes to technicalities and details. I've got an 07 GT auto bone stock and wondering if I would need any other bits and pieces to get the best out of the supercharger or will it be fine on on its own on a stock stang? However, I'm really keen on the GT500 fascia as well so now here's the trick question. Can I get a supercharger in 3k for my mustang? If not,is there any way I can trim my 0-60 time without a supercharger within 3k? (preferably without any exhaust mods) I just want my car to pick up 0-60 real quick...

Basically I can go about spending the money in three ways.

1. GT500 fascia and other body bits, more show less go.
2. Supercharger and rksport body kit (more go less show)
3. Gt500 fascia and supercharger (ideal combo)

Hope you guys can help me out!
I would go for options 2 and 3. If 0-60 is important, then don't forget about gears too. 4.10's should get you to 60 fairly quickly.

Also, you listed your CAI with a cost of $554, which seems a little high for a stand alone CAI. Does that cost include a tuner as well?

If you want the exhaust in my signature... I'll ship it anywhere.

Yeah that includes a tuner as well its the JLT SXC3 tuner combo from brenspeed.

Appreciate the responses and members trying to hook me up with parts as well...as of now I guess i'll go with option 1 and get it to look and sound good. I guess next year for my 20th birthday I shall invest in a supercharger. Unless...someone can still hook me up with a supercharger (complete kit) under 3k :P

Also, I found this turbo kit for 2k on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/On-3-...ht_9064wt_1165 should I just pick this up instead of the supercharger?

Decide whether you want to go fast or just look fast and just a tad ricy.
