I actually tried removing the foam from the tube and it made it worse. It sounded like I was hearing the engine from inside a tin can. I put the foam back in. I guess when I get my M90, the tube will be banished forever.

Rip it off quick like a bandaid ! oh and plug it ! all it can do is hinder flow !
