Glad to see Doug is working for AM. I'm sorry to hear about anyone that had problems with Doug. He ran into some really tough times, and it hurt him badly.

I've dealt with Doug a few times since my intial order, and while he may have been hard to get a hold of, he was very helpful and polite when I spoke to him.

AM is a stand up company. I'm local to them, and use them over anyone else. If you had a problem with Doug in the past, contact them. I've seen several examples where they are helping past customers. Can't hurt to call them.
