I haven't done too long of a trip yet (1 1/2 hour ish), the only thing I notice is uncomfortable is the steering wheel. There is not one comfortable spot for your hand to sit for long periods of time.

for long steady cruising, i just hold the wheel right at the 5 or 7 o'clock position (right or left hand), right next to the bottom vertical bar on the steering wheel, very comfy to me
so now i have a question, is there really that big of a differenec in the cloth vs. leather seats in my 10? I was thinking about buying the leather covers from newtakeoff
I had the opportunity to drive a 2010 V6 convertable with cloth seats this past January.
I drove the rental from Orlando - Palm Bay - Key West - Orlando, and I did not have any discomfort.
I would say, except for the feel and smell of leather, there was no significant comfort issues between the rental and my GT. The Mustang is a very comfortable car!
Wow! Lots of good feedback, thanks guys. As long as there's no glaring comfort issues I'm OK. I've ridden my sport-touring bike 800+ miles per day, so my pain-threshold is pretty high.
