Haha!! Basically a line lock, lets you put the car in gear when you're at the track, and a solenoid holds pressure on the front breaks so you don't go anywhere. It's just an easier way to launch from my understanding. What you do is (atleast on my car anyway, I actually haven't messed with it yet) flip the switch on the panel, put the car in gear, place your foot on the break, and the line lock "holds" the pressure on your breaks so you can rev up and get ready to launch. When you are ready to launch, you press the red button ( the one that is on my hurst shifter) and it releases the line lock , and away you go

nice switch panel!
if I may make a suggestion, I'd have the spokes on these wheels powder coated black...
you should be able to remove the screws with an allen wrench, then replace them after a powder coat. just a suggestion to make your ride even more badass than it is.
lol! you haven't used it yet??? sh.., i would've used it at the dealer parking lot!

I like the switch panel, its a real clean install. Just not so sure I'd sacrifice my cupholders for it. I dunno why ford didn't put a cupholder down in the doors like they do on all of their other cars and trucks. Seriously, my gals focus, 8 cupholders.
