Red face Parking Brake Cable(s) Replacement

So I went through the frozen parking break escapade this winter. Got no assistance from FORD (i.e. Dealership) since it occured 136 miles past my 3/36,000 warranty. I bought new rear rotors (Left rear had been somewhat seized since the previous owner had it, causing premature wear) from NewTakeOff.com and got all 3 cables from parts.com. I'm now up to roughly $250 in parts for what my dealership wanted over $800 to replace (I still need to buy pads, and a rear caliper tool for compressing the pistons). I printed out all the repair manual sections regarding replacing and adjusting the cables and handle, but they are somewhat vague as far as routing the cables, and how they are actually attached to the underside of the vehicle once you feed the front cable through the floor and re-attach the new handle. Has anyone done this, or does anyone know of a more detailed "how-to" with pics that has been posted somewhere before I attempt this fiasco at my brother's shop?

TIA

don't know if this helps, but here's what Ford says in the shop manual.

The TSB for the frozen parking brake should detail how to repair with a parts list. If nothing else, it should point to the procedure in the Service Manual (which most of us have the link to, except I'm at work and don't have it bookmarked here) EDIT: which partsbill has been kind enough to attach above.
