yes its def a nice shifter. i was bummed by the amount of noise. MGW said it has to be the way i installed the dust boot incorrectly. i hope they are correct.

but anyway its nice and smooth. i am currently having a Hurst Stick welded on to an extra MGW handle i ordered. best of both worlds, Hurst handle design and MGW quality.

I'm happy to hear you got things worked out. My MGW shifter is is already in the mail. I'm having it installed next month by Brenspeed when I make the trip over. I'm already getting a bunch of suspension work done so I figured I might as well have them throw the shifter on too. I will be sure to remember this thread if there are any problems with noise. Thanks for reporting!

yea just make sure you tell the installer to put the dust boot back on properly. i was surprised by the amount of noise that the boot takes care of. i didnt take the time to look over the boot when i did the install. i just popped the boot off the stock shifter and popped it back on the MGW.
