Just ordered the Kooks long tubes w/ catted H-Pipe from Maryland Speed with the free Jet Hot Coating special for MF members. Free shipping too - so $1297 out the door w/ the Jet Hot 1700 degree Sterling Silver coating. My local shop will install for $350, so I'm trying to decide if that is worth paying to avoid the headache. I like doing my own work, but I'm not too crazy about crawling under cars on jack stands with the motor also jacked up. Also, I've heard different things about getting a tune for these. Would it be worth it for me to try to get a free updated tune from Bama/American Muscle since I have free tunes for life, or is there really anything they can change for them ?
