1650 miles, computers says average of 16.2 (with 3.73 gears). Though i drive in a decent amount of traffic every day. Haven't had a long stretch of highway for more than an hour on the car at a time.
If you aren't going to DRIVE your mustang, what's the point of having it?
I have two Mustangs, one of which isn't daily driven. I'd rather put the miles on my '93 than my '05. The '05 is a weekend/joyriding car. The '93 is what gets me to work and back.
I don't have to drive my '05 to enjoy it. Knowing that I have it and it's there when I want to drive it is good enough for me.
On topic: I get 15.8mpg with 4.10's. I do 99% city driving.
Location: PA to KY ('07) to IL ('09) to MS ('10) to FL ('11)

Some of you guyz simply have no concept of average fuel mileage. OF COURSE city driving will differ from highway driving. As I stated in an earlier post above, I've driven the exact same 400 mile stretch with the same car at the same cruise control setting with gas from the same gas stations almost every 2 weeks for almost 2 years and had as much as a 4 or more MPG difference, hand-calculated, pump-to-pump. If you kept data you'd see that it's an average that has so many variables that it takes many, many data points to be able to accurately say what your fuel mileage is.
Thinking that maybe 2 data points is indicative of your true average is like saying that, on the 2nd pull on the slot machine you won $1000, therefore every pull is worth $500.
