Any mechanical or performance reason not to get an 05 GT?

Found one that is factory certified with 53000 miles, has the right wheels, color and 5 speed i want. Cloth seats tho but extended factory warranty to 6/100,000 for $13,389.00 bout 4hours from hear. Really thinking about a road trip bout now, really hard to give up my truck now that it's crunch time. Grrrrr decisions, decisions... Feel like Brett Favre!!
