I actually forgot how annoying it really was. I thought it had a female voice, but that may have been Ford's voice. Couldn't find any of Ford's older voice alert videos, only the new stuff.

Where's the one that's says "F You Assh*le"(like when that janitor in The Terminator knocks on door at that dive hotel and Arnold scans his memory for an appropriate response) LOL

Going off track here, but yeah my Dak seemed like it was built on Friday with people ready for miller time!!! Had some crazy wiring problem that caused a few really weird problems, dealer never tracked it down as it was so intermittent. With that said, it was my fav pickup, with the 4.7l V8 and its just right mid size - I loved it. I did put a posi & gears in it.. I would goof around in it all week driving to fast and occasionally laying rubber and then tow on the weekends.

Very cool - but hmmm... what is the SONY logo doing below the touch screen. Is this a move away from Ford having there own electronics or did this already happen with the 2010+??

ford has used sony stuff since 09 in some of their vehicles. I test drove a platinum f150 with it and it actually sounded very good. Stock sub under the rear seat has some pretty heafty bass.

Referring back to OP's original post, I was very much on the fence between an 04 GT and my current 05 V6 and have to say that the interior was the deciding factor in my decision and what made me cross off the 04. Not that the s197 interior is that great, mine in particular is somewhat lacking, but I think it's a major improvement overall.

On the other hand, the 2010/2011 interior is, in my opinion, absolutely beautiful
