Regardless of how it was installed. If I have a button that makes my car blow up, and you press it, then you're at fault. Its just like shooting someone and then saying OPPS I didn't know it was a gun, or I didn't know it had bullets in it.

The dealer is 100% at fault for not understanding the remote start. " I didnt know" does not fly in any circumstance like this.
