No, i don't think that price is too low. Bought my GT two weeks ago for about 5k under sticker and got the low interest rate. That said if your credit is good enough for the 0% for 60 months or 1.95 for 72 months, you might be able to get more car than you think. find a base GT with man trans, you might be able to get close to that. if the car starts out at about 26-27k you have a shot.

I think on the GT its 0% up to 60 months and 1.9 for 72. But when I was first starting out and really tight on cash I got a 72 month loan on my old yukon and paid dearly for it when I bought my new yukon. Never make that mistake again.

Thank you good sir. beer sounds good lol. Now just need the damn boat to sell. If it dont sell by the 5th I will just take some cash out of savings to not miss the incentives.

I got my base v6 for around 20.5k and that was last June, Man If I was you and can muster up the extra cash for a 2010 GT I wouldn't even think about a V6. Great deals on a GT right now and the point you really gotta consider is how under powered the 2010 V6 compared to the 2011! I'm not thrilled that the new v6 version will laugh at my *** but These deals were not around last year. That being said once you tune and tinker with the V6 it's a fun car.

You'd have to be one hell of a great negotiator to get a new one in the $18k range but they ARE out there.

If he goes after a base V6, with a stick, he could probably get it down to ~$18K. I came close to getting a few down that far and they were auto, but they didn't have the color I wanted. Finally when I found the color I was looking for, it was a PP so I paid the extra and was happy I did. I realized later I probably would not have been happy with the base model, so it all worked out for the best. For an extra $2K it is well worth it.

Your best bet is to wait I think. Plenty of 10's will be traded in with low miles to get 11's. You could end up with a much nicer car for less than base now. That is if you don't mind a few thousand miles...

I payed right under 19k for my v6 Auto with sport appearance pkg. after all fee's/reg/tax. But I also paid cash so they pretty much gave me a couple grand off and the appearance pkg. free is how I see it...

Thanks, for the input everyone. I'll probably go to a few dealers, do a lot of haggling and just try and get the best deal I can, either on a V6 or a GT. But definitly won't pay over $20k for a 4.0..
