Hopefully there not to black! lol I had them blackout my tails and spray my blackout panel a glossy black. Can't wait to pick them up! I was going to have them paint my trunk lid between the tails... but decided too have them do my blackout panel instead, incase I ever have a change of heart in the future. I liked the flat black panel I had, but I didn't think it would flow well with glossy black lights :/ Maybe I'm just to picky.

Update:
Besides putting on the painted lights and blackout panel... I also got my new wheels/tires and lowered the stang. New pics on page 3.

I'm a little worried about getting a ticket... I'm in a state where you have to run a front license plate and I haven't had mine on for over a year and I haven't had any problems. Plus I always see cars with the tails smoked or blacked out. But I guess will see what happens!! lol

I'll diffenitly put pictures up this weekend! I'm getting my new wheels and tires tomorrow and then dropping the car this weekend with my Koni's and H&R's.

Is it illegal to have tinted head or tail lights in your state?

It is illegal here in GA. However, when I spoke to my neighbor (Police officer) I asked him if they pull people over for tinted tail lights and he said, most likely no. However, if you get pulled over for a different traffic violation, they may write you another ticket for the tinted tail lights.

I just got back from picking them up and they look really good! You can only see alittle red when the sun hits the reflectors. They painted my blackout panel black and then clear coated it with the clear/paint mix they used on my lights. That way they match perfect.
I'm pretty sure the headlight tint is illegal here too... I've got pulled twice, once for speeding, once for tabs... but never got a ticket(I guess being a girl has its perks) lol

I don't get it. Why would you give a cop any reason to pull you over? I guarantee the cop is not going to pull you over and give you tickets to the policeman's ball. You'll learn. . . apparently the hard way. Should look nice though.
