I called BMR and they said the poly, lower control arms (TCA019) eliminate it in most cases. I installed them and it eliminated probably 90% of my wheel hop. Seems all the hop is gone on dry pavement with just a little left when it is wet. BMR said the UCA's generally add a lot of noise to the cabin and didn't suggest them unless you had a lowered car.
Be sure to purchase the special poly bushing grease before you install the bushings as they have grease fittings and require the bushings to be greased prior to install. Jegs has the grease ---> http://www.jegs.com/i/Prothane/311/1...oductId=762176
I also just got a JLT and tune and I can tell you for sure, there is no longer wheel hop at the top of 1st gear and none when I slam it into 2nd.... just lots of wheel spin. Used to have a lot of hop during both of those situations.

Just bolted them in. I don't think welding is required unless you add some sticky tires and go to the track. I've done several burnouts with no problems and zero wheel hop.
