If they decide to make a 10+ PJ Saleen heritage front fascia that might be the route you should take. Much more cost effective, and basically what you are going for, just a bumper swap.
See pics in sig, its near the GT500 style

Ive looked into this and you are going to have to swap out the GT hood with a GT 500 hood for the GT 500 bumper to fit on your GT.

Thanks for all the tips guys, I've done some more research and went and looked at the 2010 GT500 and a 2010 Mustang GT and as far as I can see it appears that the major (significant ) appearence change is the Front fascia ( the bumper and grill), headlights and hood. But the front 3/4 fender appears identical to the Mustang GT. So, is this just a matter of simply getting the GT500's hood, headlights and front fascia and clicking them into place? It just seems like the connection points should be identical, but I could be way off. Let me know what you think.

IIRC when they do the swaps on the 05-09 the biggest part aside from the onese you mention, are the front bumper supports and the pads. Like if you were to hit a car going 15 miles an hour, all the pieces in the front of the bumper that are designed to crumble, need to get replaced. I belive the mounting points of those items to the frame are the same, and when you get the one for the gt500, that will give you your bumper mounting points. As for the hood, most of what I see are like cervinis or my favorite, Truefiber hoods, that are made for the gt500. A gt hood that looks like a gt500 I belive will not fit because the overhang to the front bumper is not the same. But then again, I have never done the mod myself, just going off what I have heard and seen in the last few years on here.
