I destroyed mine after a big truck tire went flying off in front of me on I70 at 70mph. I think the replacement from the dealer was only about 35 bucks and the parts guy threw in a couple of the fasteners at N/C in Denver...

Sorry, a little late girl...

The part number for it is 5R3Z17626BA.
It's called a deflector or radiator lower shield.
It retails around $45 from a regular Ford dealer.
