AND once i get the headlights out, is it even possible to get behind or take apart the light and clean the dust without breaking the plastic?

Im not sure how to add a pic but this link works and shows a pic of what im talking about ANY HELP??

Yup, you need to take the bumper off to get the headlights out. It's pretty simple, takes me all of 15 minutes to do mine if I take my time, though I have lots of practice. (There has to be a step by step somewhere on the forum).

Once you get the headlights out it's no easy task to take them apart. Your best bet will most likely be to pull the bulbs, spray air in there and hope the dust comes out.

When I've taken headlight housings apart I've put them in an oven at a relatively low heat to warm up and soften the glue so they can be pried apart. Once they're apart you can blow them out more with compressed air... then add more glue and put them back together. (that's the very short broad description of it, but gets the point across)

Maybe first you should just pull the bulbs out and shoot air in there with the headlights still in car?

Sure wish these pictures were still good. I've always felt the thin plastic on the front of the headlights was a bit cheap looking.

Sold the car back in May 2012, that's why the pictures aren't up anymore. But I still have the headlights, actually been meaning to sell them. Shoot me a PM if you wanna see pictures of it installed on the car

Actually, I found Boozshey's thread.

Looks good. Good baseline to figure it out.

Thanks. Looks like I need some stock headlights now.

I would like to see yours though.
