Thanks for the positive feedback guys.

The whipples on the 3Vs are very consistent since they all use the same air intake tract. If you get me datalogs with a wideband I can dial in the tune so its as good as a dynotune.

Can I datalog without the use of a dyno? I hope so since it's a hassle to have to bring it to a shop just to do a run. I also need to learn how to connect my SCT to my Autometer Cobalt wideband. I have a laptop and firewire for this purpose but never got around to doing it.

I got a mail order tune from VMP , tune seems to b ok . but data logging is a pain in the *** , you gotta idle for 30 secs , then rev engine to 5000 over a 20 sec period , then run car from idle to rev limiter , then send logs , wait for new tune adjustments to b sent , down load to sct , load to car , and repeat this process till tune is where you want it , I did this about 4 times over a month period . Definitely will b dong a dyno tune next time , Justin did my buddies 06 whippled power gt , and he is very please and it was done in one day , no head aches

You can datalog anywhere. Dyno's just simulate being on a road but if you have roads available to do some hard pulls along with some casual driving, you should get a good datalog.

Data logging is that bad. VMP's tune will be spot on.

Datalogging does not have to be done on a dyno. Some people have reported a little bit of trouble connecting the autometer wideband's output since it works a little differently than others, but I'm not sure for the exact fix other than calling autometer.
