It really all depends on what kind of look you are going for. While in my case, my car is going to look something like this from the older mach 1 stangs:

I can attest to the fact the spoiler is hard to get off. I used automotive body adhesive remover to assist in getting the tape and glue to release. I was trying to fix a screw up the dealer did when they attempted to do the TSB on the spoiler. It took quite a bit of time and the use of a pressure washer (NOT recommended for the faint at heart) to help separate the adhesive from the car. No damage done to either but I did find the dealer cracked my spoiler prior to me taking it off. It was out of warranty and I couldn't prove they did it so I'm just stuck with it. $120 painted sounds sweet though.

The 05/06 GT and V6 spoilers are identical. So unique it will not be. Delete the POS. It's non-functional and makes the car look like a kid's car.

For myself (coupe) I wanna go GT500 but if I had a vert I'd go the clean delete route. If you want a spoiler on the vert though I'd go with the GT500. Just think it looks so much better than the stock GT/v6 spoiler.

The original "Eleanor" I guess I'm not the only one who loves that car.

I removed my GT spoiler and replaced it with a GT500 from the Spoiler Store. I used nylon fishing line to help saw of the spoiler from the adhesive tape, then used rubbing alcohol to remove the tape residue.

delete is a lot cheaper lol (my wife wouldn't actually care) , but ghetto because of plugs. I would probably try that 1st tho, and if I don't like, then the GT500 it is (which I do like).......hmmmmm
