Ford Cut and Clamp X-pipe
Anyone running one of these, any improvement in sound i already have muffler deletes and looking for something alittle louder. Also what about horsepower gains

With the muffler deletes the only thing that's going to make your car louder is to get rid of the cats. The splice in x pipe will change the sound a bit but won't make your car any louder. If you get rid of the cats with muffler deletes it's going to be so loud you won't be able to stand it and it will sound like crap. There is a video on Breenspeed's website with no cats and SLP loudmouth mufflers and they say it's the loudest setup they have ever heard.

On the v6 ...gains are minimal before a tune.....I'm not sure on gains, but from what i understand your gains are negligible after a GT takeoff muffler on the single exhaust....duals and midpipe are (from what i've gathered) more for sound preference and looks.
I have an H pipe and dual GT mufflers.....i've just taken the mufflers off a few times....it's pretty loud no doubt.....but i'm not a fan of teh sound...again personal preference.
