Default what options do i have for drag wheels?

im looking for some skinnies and slicks and im not finding many options for wheels. $2000+ for drag wheels is a little high for just wheels. are there any cheap wheels that fit from summit racing or any other company?

I have the s drive tires from yokahama. My reaction times from the dragway were .061 with just a small squelch from the tires. Awesome tires i think 255's all the way around

i have brenspeed tune 93 and 410's 60ft time was 2.2

Good R/T but that doesn't really mean anything. 2.2s with 4.10s isn't that great. I was pulling 2.28s without even launching the car on my street tires (michellin pilot sports, also 255, fully inflated). With a good set of drag radials, you should be able to get in the 1.9/2.0s with 4.10s I believe...

Anyways, I think Brenspeed has a good wheel set for like $800...best bet though is to get some throwaway stocks and use them. bullitts can be found cheap. Then expect to spend about $250/tire for a good set of slicks

Check out this link. We have put together a package that is very affordable, looks great, and performs great too. We run them on our 2010 Saleen S281 and have been very very pleased. The sets come in both 8" and 10" wheels for the rear.

Drag wheels are going to be expensive. They are light and specifically made for dragracing....not street use...not road racing.

Pic of 15 inch Bogarts on my car with some meaty Hoosier slicks and skinnies

Then you will need big number torque to turn them and a built rearend that won't snap like a tooth pic, handling all that stress at launch. Look how the Hoosiers are wrinkling.

I've cut 2.2's on the stock 235 P-Zeros. I think most of us have.

Race Star Industries - Drag Stars are going to be the most economical choice.

Racestar's looked promising when first released, but quite a few are having issues with washers/lug nuts. Seems like they are real quirky to install.

Here's one example after the initial install that was posted by stkjock on S197Forum
