Default The Mustang is gone......

Last night I got a call from my ex-wifes parents that they had my kids due to a domestic incident with my ex and her boyfriend. My kids are staying with their grand-parents and today I was awarded temporary custody for the next 4-6 months while we wait for the permanent custody hearing. With that being said....today I traded the Mustang out for a more practical family car. I now own a 2010 Ford Flex..... Tomorrow i travel to GA to go and get my kids. I did what I felt I had to for my family.

The Mustang just became expendable being that it is impractical with my (3) kids and my girlfriends (2) kids plus (2) adults. For the past 3 years we have basically had to drive (2) cars where ever we went when my kids are down visiting and it has been a pain in the ***. I will miss my stang but I assure you I will not be with-out a stang for long. I actually had already had some irons in the fire on another car anyways that I could pay cash for and I am still pursuing that.

I plan to continue to be a member of this site and several others as I plan on getting another stang soon, just not a brand new one. If anyone is interested there is a babied 2010 Mustang GT Premium for sale at Brandon Ford......

I appreciate all the comments and encouragement from those of you here as I made my Mustang my own.

As I stated, it requires (2) cars to go anywhere as a family unit (I have (3) kids and my GF has (2) kids) and we do lots of summer time travel. With me getting custody of my kids now this is not just a 2 weeks in the summer inconvenience..it's a daily inconvenience. I'm now searching for another Mustang that I can buy cash out-right and build a project car.

Very noble of you sir, as I can see what you truly value. A family is the most prized investment.

good to hear you are taking care of the priorities first.
there will always be a mustang that fits your budget out there.
new edge, fox, s197, terminator.
just do what you gotta do and keep an eye out for a deal on a used mustang
and you'll find one sooner or later
