Pics: Changed Up My Rear End Appearance a Bit
Here are a few pics of the tail light bezels I put on yesterday. I think they look good on my car because my car is white and the contrast isn't that extreme. White or silver is subtle.... But if you have a darker color car, you may not like the contrast, but painting the bezels black or something is another option.....
I also changed up my pony logo. I had the one I painted white to match my paint, but thought it looked kinda boring from far away, so I put the factory one back on and blacked out the colors in it.
Here are the pics in different lighting conditions so you get the idea:

Looks great - the only thing I wouldn't have changed is the pony tri-bar, too much heritage with the red/white/blue!
The story behind it I was told is that Lee Iaccoca looked at the final renderings and asked the designer "how will they know it is an American car?" The designer picked up some markers that were there and put the red and blue stripes on it (paper was already white of course).

I did keep the red, white, and blue on my side emblems, so I'm good right?

the back looks like a high end luxury car with that white, and then the front looks like mean muscle...i like it! but like you said, it'd only work on white!
