Default questions on plus sizing rims and TPMS

Thinking of going with 20 inch rims on the stang. Few questions:
What is a reasonable weight per rim without having it way to heavy?
I know we can run 20X10's on the back but can you run them on front or is 20X8.5 or X9 the biggest you can go without rubbing?

Can we swap the tire pressure montioring device from stock wheels to aftermarket or is it better, easier, to just have them put on from dealer we are getting new rims/tires from?

Any advice on these issues or other thinking points before going to 20's would be great.

THANKS!

Not sure about the max rim size on the front but I'm pretty sure the TPMS sensors can be swapped, you just need new bands. I think it will have to be re-calibrated too, but don't quote me on that one.

the TPMS does not need to be recalibrated if you reuse them using new bands, check AM they sell the ones i used. i have 20x9s on the front and 20x10s on the rear. im not sure if u can go larger on the front.

2010's don't use the bands, the TPMS is on the value stems. 06 to 09 used the bands. I know, cause I bought 2010 GT take off 18" wheels and put the on my '09. Monitors won't work unless I get new monitors and bands. If you have the 2010 it needs the value stem type. I don't know if you can take the value stems out of your old tire, and put them in the new ones, without tearing them up. Good luck....

The TPMS valve stems can be removed easily and reinstalled with the same ease.
They seal with O Rings and its totally a reusable design.
Now those 05-09 TPMS sensors and a real PITA.
