The flange around it makes it look like a stuck on LUND scoop
that requires a very large external flange to permit installation
with 3M double sided tape.

Now the OEM looks like it belongs there and has no said 'flange'.

Its a Webasto Hollandia 322L. I put the same one in my Wife's 2012 Camaro SS/RS. It's a lot nicer than the factory sunroof. We may be buying a 2014 Mustang GT/CS & it will get the same sunroof as well.

Wow, whenever I've seen an aftermarket sun roof it's always looked like someone used a can opener and a spare piece of glass. This actually looks really well done.

I'd consider it but my car came with a really big sun roof from the factory.

I love it. I really wish the Mustang came from the factory with the option. My '12 Focus has one and I use it everytime I drive the car.

If OP comes back I would be interested in long term results. Any leaks? Problems?

I've had an aftermarket sunroof in my mustang about 2-3 years now with no issues/ it's an inboard (glass folds in). only thing is that because the roof is so raked, it doesn't open more than like 10 inches or so. If I had the other style (glass folds out) it would open more but I personally hate the way that looks. However, I love my sunroof. no regrets at all. Keep in mind if you do this, your headliner will come down about an inch or so. So if you are like 5'9" or taller, you may need to sit in a more reclined position afterwards.

The inboard does look much better but the install shop I use won't install them since they are more leak prone & it rains way too much here in Western Oregon.
