Asking people on a forum what is a fair "Out the door" price is not a good question, since each state varies in taxes, tags, etc. Negotiate the price of the car first, the taxes and title fees are set by your state/county etc. Just make sure to ask for an itemized purchase order so you can see all the costs upfront.
Good luck.
WOW...yeah, that was definitely an error. Good catch! I meant to say a 72 month loan. It seems like none of the dealerships are dying for my business right now for whatever reason (beginning of the summer, early in the month) so unless I get an offer for right at or JUST above invoice, I'm gonna wait a little while and just pay off my current car. Then I'll save some for a down payment and get like a 36 month loan or maybe a 48 month loan depending on rates. I used Edmunds Out the Door calculator to determine what the taxes/title/fees are in my area. That website is REALLY useful and I recommend it to anyone reading this thread looking at buying a new car. Thanks again for your advice! Can't wait to get this thing and then get mod fever!

Pay off the first car and buy the second car next spring. High debt load would make the car less enjoyable in my humble opinion. Either way good hunting.
